Established in 1998, we, KUNSHAN CHENYI SEMICONDUCTOR CO., LTD,   are one of world's leading manufacturers, specialized in producing Press-Fit diodes, dish diodes, block diodes, and other packaging diodes for the application in the alternator. Moreover, we are one of few manufacturers in China who can focus on top class of original equipment products for the original equipment market. Our customers are impressed by the expertise of our team in the diode / packaging design and manufacturing.

 

Based on our self-development, and strict quality system and quality culture, our products have numbers of domestic and international patents. As the associated member of Internal Combustion Engine Electrical Industry Association and China Association of Power Electronics, we are one of private high-Tech Enterprise with the integration of production and R&D. We have the complete infrastructure test facilities, such as HTRB Tester, High Temp Storage Chamber, Low Temp Storage Chamber, Temperature Cycle Chamber, Humidity Test Chamber, Power Cycling Tester, etc. 

 

Annual production amount of Automotive PressFit Diodes for OE (Original Equipment) Market reach up to 60 million pieces based on two separate automatic production lines. We also have more than 120 million pieces production capacity for other diodes used for AM (Aftermarket) market, such as CELL and button diodes with Lead, etc.

 
Stud Screw Diodes and Power Module manufacturing are our other extending core technology of KunShan ChenYi in 2007. With the advanced production line of Stud Screw Diodes and Thyristors, the annual production capacity reaches up to 6 million pieces totally. Also, there is another advanced production line of power modules which have the production capacity up to 1 million pieces, including 38 series, nearly 400 kinds of model, more than 60 kinds of thyristor, fast thyristors, rectifiers, and other ultra-fast recovery diode, single and three-phase rectifier module, single and three-phase AC switch module.

Goal: To become one of the largest production base for auto rectifier diode by 2015, to produce press fit diode up to 150 million pieces annually, silicon rectifier diode up to 100 million pieces annually, power diode and the module 10 million pieces annually.
